Linbrook was created by Amy Evans with a 20 year career in Corporate HR behind her. Amy wanted to provide real HR which is authentic, honest and caring adding value with every encounter.
Linbrook was created from two of my biggest motivators. My two boys, Lincoln (11 years) and Brooklyn (8 years). They are the reason I do what I do, they are there looking at me (even if not physically) when I make decisions and are constantly front of mind everyday when I think ‘Who do I choose to show up as today’, ‘What is my attitude’.
After finishing my Graduate Diploma I started my career in Human Resources. I started in Retail and was then able to work across multiple industries such as Manufacturing, Travel, Finance, Education, Infrastructure, plus many more. Early in my career I decided not to specialise rather, stay a generalist working in all areas of Human Resources Management, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations and Remuneration and Benefits.
Having spent the last few years in senior/executive management positions, I am experienced at executive and board level.
